Bank Deposit

Please note that bank deposits are available only to Australian customers.

Bank deposits are an easy way to pay for your order. When you go through the “Checkout” area and have provided your details, you will be given clear details to enable your bank deposit. With these details you are able to make a bank deposit in a number of ways:

To lodge online:

  1. You need to login to your online bank;
  2. Click on a button that will say something like “Make a Payment” or “Pay Someone” (depending on which bank you use). If this is not available or you are unsure you should check with your bank directly;
  3. Make payment by using the details given to you in the checkout phase.
  4. Payments typically take about 2 business days to come through. When full payment has been received, we will ship your goods.

To pay in person (Westpac):

  1. If you have an account with Westpac you may visit your local branch, give them the details that we have provided you in checkout to make payment.
  2. If you do not have an account with Westpac, you may be able to still make payment in person by following the above steps but paying with cash instead of through your Westpac account.

To pay over the phone:

  1. Please dial your bank’s direct line and choose the “phone banking” option and follow the prompts.
  2. Please have the information we provided you in checkout ready.
  3. If you do not have this option with your bank, please contact your bank directly to get them to set this up for you.
