Returns

All of our stock – with the exception of the occasional item listed “as is” (normally on our eBay store) – is brand new. Refunds are only available in the case of faulty goods which are not described in the listing.

If you do receive a faulty item, you may return it (new, unworn and with original packaging and tags attached) within 7 days of having received your goods, for a full refund.

If you are unhappy with the size, colour, etc. of any of your items then please Contact Us to discuss your options. In most circumstances we will be happy to either provide you with a store credit, or exchange your item(s) with another item of the same value, provided that (a) the items you wish to exchange are new, unworn and with intact tags, and (b) that the exchange process does not incur additional costs to MR Cycling World. This may mean that you will be responsible for additional postage costs.

Items MUST be received within 14 days of order date for this process to be seamless. In all cases contact must be made with us first, or your return may be null & void.

Please be aware that Exchanges and Store Credits are always at the sole discretion of the operators of mrcyclingworld.com

Refunds

  • If the item is not as described in the listing we may offer a refund.
  • Item must be returned in original condition complete with original tags and/or packaging.
  • You must email us of your intentions by requesting a refund within 7 days of having received your item.
  • You must be aware that you return the item to us at your own expense as you would normally do when returning an item purchased in-store.
  • The item should be returned by a mail/courier service that provides freight tracking. We recommend using either express post or registered mail.
  • You are liable for any product that is lost or stolen during transport when returning products to us.
  • When the transaction is canceled, we will return your money ASAP.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges work in the same way as making a return (see above) except you will notify us by email that you would prefer to exchange. We reserve the right to either accept or decline a request for an exchange.
  • Exchanges are only possible on items still in stock.
  • If that particular item is not in stock we may offer a store credit.
  • If there is any variance in the price of the product involved in the exchange we will advise you of the amount and how we will either refund or charge you.
  • You must be aware that you return the item to us at your own expense and will be charged an additional delivery charge for the new product.

Store Credit

In the event that store credit is offered, the terms of the store credit will be issued at that time.

Typically:

  1. Advise by email the exact details of the product you would like the store credit to go towards (including product, brand, make, size, colour, etc).
  2. Do not buy this item either from eBay or our website. We will process it manually.
  3. Store credit may be used towards postage & handling costs
  4. Store credits should be used within 14 calender days of issue
